Customer Service Representative (Associate Order Fulfillment Representative)

Position Summary:

Based at the new Shared Service Center inManila the Customer Service teamareresponsible for supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle includingcustomermaster dataquotationsorderentry ordermanagement.Customer ServiceRepresentativesprovide exceptionalcustomersupport promptly and accurately when responding to internal and external customer requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience to our external customersand internal stakeholdersin the field oforder management

• Processingandfollowup allrelevantrequestswithin the divisions guidelines liaisingwithpartnerfunctions (salesand commercialdistribution finance)tofulfill customers requests orresolve issuestoensuretimelyhandling ofenquiries.

• BecomeproficientinCustomer Relationship Managementsystems.

• Adhere tocompany policies operationalregulationsand departmental training guidelines.

• Deliver on promiseondaily/weekly/monthlykey performance indicatormetrics.Engage in efficiency and productivity initiatives.

• Work on assignments/projectsasrequired by business expectations.

• Consistently apply and meet theprocessexpectationsanddemonstrateattention to operational detailsand leverage required computer systems tomaintainhigh levelof data accuracy and quality.

• Maintainrelevantdaily customer service reports.

• Assess individual customer requirements andifdirect activities toappropriatepartnerdepartments.

• In order tomeet the seasonal requirements of the business it is advisable toparticipatein cross training and cross support activities which involve joining assignments to other customer service teams.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrate high integrity and compliance.

• Display attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good problem-solving skillsandabilityto multitask undertightdeadlines.

• Mustpossessself-motivation enthusiasm a positiveattitudeand perform as a team player.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritizeworkloadeffectively.

• Mustdemonstratejudgmentdiplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers.

• Work onowninitiative on daily routine tasks as well as solving system issues.

• Competent Microsoft Office user.

• Relevant customer service experienceis preferredinanSSC/multinational/officeenvironmentbut freshgradsare also welcome.

• Experience withERP systemspreferred but not essential.

• Requires a high school diploma or a Government Body award.ABachelorsDegreeis preferred but not essential candidates with relevant experience and knowledge will also be considered.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires repetitive typingand regular use of a computerplus multiple displays.

• Most of the other physical demands are typicalwiththose associated with an office environment.
