We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing BPO team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to resolve issues, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and / or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
Resolve customer complaints, follow up to ensure resolution
Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Basic Qualifications :
Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
Willing to work onsite
Willing to work on a shifting schedule (including weekends / holidays if needed)
High School / Senior High School graduate (depending on the account)
