Accounting and Payroll Officer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting operations, with strong background in billing and payroll.
• Proficient in accounting systems (in-house or ERP), payroll processing, billing management.
• Familiarity with Philippine government reportorial requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, strong analytical and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and validate payroll transactions for manpower deployment.
• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile billing statements and collections.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely posting of entries.
• Assist in compliance reporting with government agencies (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for payroll and billing requirements.
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
