Marketing Assistant

Nordic Sculpt is a fast-growing DTC brand with a clear plan to scale. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with coordination, execution, and daily follow-through — especially around creators/content and marketing operations.

This role is for someone who is organized, reliable, and sharp with details — the type of person who naturally keeps things moving and makes the rest of the team faster.

What the role is about:

You’ll help run the day-to-day execution across marketing activities. That can include handling UGC creators, coordinating deliverables, creating simple marketing reports for team meetings, keeping systems updated, and assisting the team with whatever needs to get done to move faster.

Key responsibilities:

• UGC creator communication and coordination
• Organize all assets, so the team can work efficiently.
• Maintain content calendars, timelines, trackers, and deliverables across team.
• Create simple marketing reports and performance snapshots for team meetings.
• Help manage communication and follow-ups with external partners and agencies.
• Other operational marketing tasks.

What success looks like:

• Marketing runs smoother because things are structured and followed up properly
• Creators/content and marketing tasks are coordinated reliably
• The rest of the team spends less time on operational tasks — because you keep everything moving

Who you’ll work with:

Founder (CMO & CEO), Head of Growth, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist, Video Editors, Designers, UGC/Influencer Manager.

Requirements:

• Very organized, fast follow-through, and strong written communication.
• Comfortable handling many conversations at once (DMs/email) and tracking everything reliably.
• Familiar with tools like Notion/ClickUp/Slack/Google Drive/Sheets.
• Interested in marketing, content, creators, and performance — and eager to learn quickly.
• Experience with creator outreach / UGC coordination / influencer marketing.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (even if you’re not doing it).

What's unique about this role:

You’ll work close to the core growth and creative team, learn how high-performing marketing actually runs, and build real experience in creator ops + marketing execution. If you do well, the role can grow into creator lead / marketing ops lead / campaign coordinator over time.
