As the face of our live casino games, you will host real-time gaming sessions, entertain a global audience, and ensure an unforgettable player experience. • Host live game sessions with high energy, including dealing cards, spinning wheels, and announcing results
• Ensure game integrity by strictly adhering to all rules and regulations
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating an exciting atmosphere
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth game operations
• Adapt quickly to changes in game formats or technical requirements
• Participate in regular training to enhance presentation skills and game knowledge
• Monitor the gaming area for any irregularities or suspicious activities
• Manage chip transactions and calculate payouts accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized gaming environment

Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to work in a casino environment (at least 21 years old)
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required
• Based in Cebu, Philippines, or willing to relocate
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to create an exciting atmosphere
• Basic understanding of gaming rules and procedures
• Comfortable with public speaking and performing in front of an audience
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Quick learner and adaptable to different game types
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand or sit for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Additional Information

• Position: Game Presenter / Croupier / Casino Dealer / Game Host / Card Dealer
• Basic Salary: PHP 20,000 – 26,000/month
• Additional Compensation: Up to PHP 12,000 in incentives/bonuses
• Work Schedule: 6 working days per week with 2 rest days
• Shift Rotation: Morning, afternoon, and night shifts (8 hours/day)
• Other Benefits: Free uniform, HMO
