Role Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator – Implementations & Enablement is responsible for the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across the organization. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration and plays a critical role in implementing new Salesforce functionality, supporting system rollouts, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, and driving user adoption.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce administration skills with implementation experience, business analysis capability, and change management mindset.
Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Administration (Core)
●Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing:
○ User setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls
○ Objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, and flows
● Maintain system health, data quality, and platform governance
● Monitor platform releases and proactively assess impact and opportunities
Salesforce Implementations & Enhancements
● Lead or support Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and rollouts, including:
○ New modules, objects, features, and process automation
○ Customizations aligned with business requirements and best practices
● Translate business needs into functional designs and scalable Salesforce solutions
● Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance, Service, etc.) to:
○ Gather and document requirements
○ Define future-state processes and system workflows
● Configure and deploy solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Approval Processes, Lightning App Builder)
Testing, Deployment & Change Management
● Develop and execute test plans, UAT coordination, and deployment activities
● Support release management across sandboxes and production environments
● Ensure changes are properly documented, tested, and communicated
● Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct enablement sessions
● Drive adoption by identifying usage gaps and recommending improvements
Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
● Act as a liaison between business users, IT, and external Salesforce partners
● Support implementation partners during design, build, and deployment phases
● Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization
