Support Analyst (Linux/Unix)

We’re looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our remote team. If you have strong client service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, this role offers the chance to make an impact while working with cutting-edge Smart Grid solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely updates.

• Troubleshoot technical issues (SQL, Linux, networking, VPNs).

• Collaborate with utility clients to deliver the best outcomes.

• Provide after-hours/holiday support when required.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.

• Linux OS support and network administration knowledge.

• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.

• Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.

• ITIL/ITSM background.
