Functional Job Responsibilities
- To conceptualize potential plans for various casino events & promotion
- To prepare and check program overview, terms & conditions, making sure it’s coherent with all Standard Operating Procedures set prior to, and send for Management’s approval
- Preparing all relevant documents of all programs for submission to PAGCOR for approval
- Assist in preparation of relevant contracts of different promotion programs for Management’s approval and legal compliance.
- To coordinate with relevant internal departments and external vendors on events and promotions execution.
- Source and liaise key external agencies/vendors to support promotion program
- Collaborating with other departments for the execution of all events & promotions (for example, Security, Engineering, IT, Finance, etc), at the same time making sure all policies and procedures are in place for audit purposes
- Able to answer to all guests’ queries about all events and promotion when necessary
- Ensuring that all UAT of kiosk promotions are completed, documented and thoroughly tested ahead of schedule.
- Monitor kiosks for all live promotions to ensure an accurate and consistent customer experience
- Ensure all documents are submitted to Casino Audit at the end of each event or promotion
- Ensure all documents are handed over to Casino Audit after end of each events & promotions
- Maintaining the central filing system of all documents
KEY COMPETENCIES NEEDED / RELEVANT SKILLS
- Good time management skills and able to work under strict timelines
- Able to work under stress and to give guidance to Coordinators
- Able to work in a team (internal and external) and required at times to be independent as well
- Attention to details
- Good work ethics
- Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge in other language would be preferred though not required, example, Mandarin, Korean
- Proficient in PC Knowledge (Microsoft Words/Excel/Power Point/Adobe Photoshop etc)
- Able to work odd and long hours when required
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant events and promotion experience, preferably in Casino Marketing (Members’ club, Player Development, Call center)
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field. • 3-5 years' experience in Payments, Fraud, KYC, or Compliance within online gaming, or financial services. At least 1-2 years in a QA, Training, or Supervisory role. • Strong understanding of: Payment flows (deposits, withdrawals, matching & reconciliation) Fraud schemes and controls KYC/EDD processes and regulatory expectations Experience conducting QA reviews, audits, or case sampling.
