Oversees the maintenance and repair of all production equipment and facility systems
Ensures maximum equipment uptime, safety, and efficiency by leading a team of technicians, managing preventive maintenance programs, and coordinating with other departments.
Supervise daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks.
Lead and schedule maintenance personnel to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
