Job description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the brand's content publishing, updates, and interaction on platforms such as Douyin, WeChat Video Channel, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and Bilibili.
  • Participate in content topic planning, trend tracking, and account style planning.
  • Analyze backend data to improve content exposure, interaction, and conversion rates.
  • Responsible for daily account maintenance, including fan communication, comment management, and content review.
  • Collaborate with the video and design teams to improve overall content quality and output efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Familiar with the rules of mainstream new media platforms (TikTok, WeChat Video Channel, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, etc.), sensitive to trending topics, and understand user preferences and content trends.
  • Possess certain copywriting and content planning skills, and be willing to appear on camera to create different personas for the account.
  • Have basic data analysis skills and be able to optimize content strategies based on data.
  • Possess excellent communication and execution abilities, and have a strong sense of responsibility and drive for content production.
  • Have at least one year of experience in the Philippine gambling market or overseas markets, and demonstrate enthusiasm and sensitivity to gambling-related websites in the Philippines.

Bonus Points :

  • Experience in successfully operating an account (sample work can be attached).
  • Familiarity with short video shooting, editing, or basic design skills.
  • Familiarity with brand marketing, content monetization, or event planning.
