Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with essential administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and database management. This role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently

  • Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses

  • Maintain and update databases with accuracy

  • Prepare, organize, and update reports using Excel

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of organization with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

  • Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level, Mailchimp, Asana)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a public relations or marketing environment
