Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion & Communication
Present and detail assigned pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
Provide accurate, updated medical and scientific information about products.
Organize product presentations, round table discussions, and continuing medical education (CME) events.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Execute marketing and sales strategies to increase product prescription and market share.
Identify and classify key doctors and accounts to maximize coverage and productivity.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or any health / medical-related field (preferred).
At least 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or preferably with exposure to dermatology products or derma network (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
Knowledge of medical terminology and the healthcare system is an advantage.
