JOB PURPOSE


The SFE Systems and Training Manager ensures that sales force systems, tools, and capabilities are effectively deployed, adopted, and continuously improved to maximize field force productivity and execution excellence.

  • Own and manage SFE systems (e.g., CRM, call planning, performance dashboards, incentive tools).
  • Translate SFE processes into system configurations and user-friendly workflows.
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams, managers, and commercial support roles.
  • Drive system adoption through enablement, job aids, SOPs, and continuous learning.
  • Partner with IT and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor usage, data quality, and effectiveness of SFE tools.

Qualification and Experiences


Qualification and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.


Relevant Experiences

  • 7–10 years of experience in SFE, CRM, or commercial enablement.
  • Strong training design and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with pharma sales processes and compliance standards.
  • High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management.


Competencies (Knowledge, Behavior, Skills and Capabilities required for success)

Technical Competencies - Proficiency in CRM systems, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis).


Behavioral Competencies - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and train diverse teams.
