Your Role, Your Impact

Quality Management:

* Develop and implement QC policies and procedures.

* Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve QC performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance.

Cluster Quality Compliance Oversight:

* Oversee QA/QC programs across various projects.

* Review and approve quality plans and ensure industry-standard compliance.

* Monitor the execution of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and recommend improvements.

NCR & Issue Governance:

* Supervise the resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.

* Lead investigations into major quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

Turnover Readiness Assurance:

* Validate turnover certifications from QC Managers.

* Ensure the completeness and accuracy of turnover documentation.

Leadership & Staff Capability:

* Coach and mentor QC Managers and staff to ensure competency.

* Drive staff training and succession planning to support technical competency across teams.

Contractor & ECM Engagement:

* Coordinate with contractors' QAQC teams to ensure quality management system alignment.

Who We’re Looking For

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

* Professional License: Licensed Engineer/Architect preferred.

* Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in QA/QC within construction engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.

* Proven track record of leading QC teams and driving continuous improvement.

* Expertise in NCR governance, turnover readiness, and contractor performance oversight.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

* Ability to work independently and under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
