Position Title: Sales Admin
Work Set-up: Hybrid
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6:00 PM PH Time
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000 (3+ yrs experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support a consulting and technology recruitment business.

This is a structured execution role, not a traditional sales position.

You will support LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy, and coordinate qualified discovery meetings. The focus is on quality communication, process adherence, and performance tracking.

This role reports directly to the Director and requires strong written communication, professional maturity and confidence engaging with senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach Execution
• Execute personalised LinkedIn and email outreach using approved messaging workflows
• Engage senior decision-makers in a professional, consultative tone
• Avoid automation-style or bulk messaging approaches
• Track conversations and maintain follow-up discipline
CRM & Performance Tracking
• Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM updates
• Track engagement metrics including response rates and discovery conversions
• Ensure clean pipeline reporting and workflow compliance
• Support message testing and performance improvements
Discovery Call Coordination
• Identify prospects expressing genuine business challenges
• Escalate qualified opportunities to the Director
• Schedule and confirm discovery meetings
• Ensure timely follow-ups and calendar accuracy
Recruitment Support
• Assist in reverse outreach to hiring managers
• Match candidate profiles to relevant job opportunities
• Track outreach and follow-ups in CRM

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in business development support, sales administration or CRM management
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, ATTIO or similar)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with structured workflows and performance metrics
• Professional and confident when communicating with executives
