Sr. FinOps Analyst - Bahasa IND Speaker

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Amazon seeks a AP analyst to support Indonesia FX payment regulatory reporting activities.
- The Indonesia FX payment regulatory reporting activities include but not limit to check individual invoice and payment details and upload sufficient information and supporting with SiMoDis portal on required frequency and timeline.
- Deep dive with other stakeholders for unreconciled items, and preparing the statement letter for exceptional cases and upload with SiMoDis portal on required frequency and timeline.
- Communication with local authority is required for any inquires and clarification, if necessary.

Additional Responsibilities
- Manage Expense reimbursement queries for PH
- Collecting and analyzing quantitative expense data
- Analyze and solve ER issues at their root
- Analyze trends and savings initiatives
- Communicating results to business leaders with Finance, Accounting, Operations and Business Development
- Perform other projects and duties as required
- Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Any other task that may be assigned

Job Requirement:
- This position will be expected to be fluent in oral and written for both Bahasa and English, with solid mindset on risk control and good understanding of financial process, able to lead cross-team discussion and drive for solutions.
- Knowledge in Finance Processes
- Preferably with a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit/in Banking, Finance/Accounting
- Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools
- Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel/ similar desktop applications.
- Customer obsession attitude/ time management skill
- Good team-worker
