SAP FICO Consultant Location : Ortigas, Pasig Work

Setup : Hybrid : (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH) Schedule : Monday to

Friday | Day Shift Job Description The SAP FICO Consultant is

responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP

Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and FSCM modules. This

role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate

financial requirements into SAP solutions, manages the full

implementation lifecycle for new company codes, and ensures smooth

testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Key

Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO

solutions for new company codes Prepare and facilitate business

blueprints and secure stakeholder approvals Configure SAP FI / CO

settings and prepare functional specifications Manage SAP roles,

authorizations, and testing access for users Perform unit testing,

system integration testing, and support UAT activities Handle

transport requests and required documentation for QAS and

Production Conduct knowledge transfer to AMS and provide hypercare

support post go-live Support end-user queries and coordinate with

third-party AMS partners Ensure system stability, compliance, and

proper documentation throughout the SAP lifecycle Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or

related field 3–5 years of SAP FICO implementation and

configuration experience (ECC or S / 4HANA) Strong understanding of

finance, accounting, and controlling processes Experience with SAP

documentation (Blueprints, FS, test scripts, user guides) Knowledge

of SAP integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems Strong

communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to testing tools such as Cloud ALM, HP ALM, or Tosca is an

advantage
