Registered Nurse Location : Quezon City Work Setup :

Onsite Key Responsibilities : Provide direct nursing care to

patients in accordance with established medical protocols and

policies. Monitor and record patients conditions, symptoms, and

responses to treatment. Assist physicians during examinations,

procedures, and treatments. Administer medications and intravenous

therapy safely and accurately. Educate patients and their families

on care plans, treatments, and post-discharge instructions. Ensure

accurate documentation and maintain updated patient records. Adhere

to infection control standards and promote patient safety at all

times. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure

continuity of care. Qualifications : Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or

healthcare setting Strong clinical assessment and communication

skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and

team-oriented environment Willingness to work flexible shifts if

needed
