We are seeking a AI Agent Programmer to join our expanding Manila team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our international offices on a wide range of projects — from public parks and urban spaces to waterfronts and large-scale developments — gaining valuable experience while contributing to impactful design work across the globe.

Purpose of Position: The AI Agent Programmer is responsible for designing and building intelligent, autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks.

This role focuses on developing production-ready AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs), integrating them with internal and external tools, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with deep knowledge of LLM applications, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), memory systems, and multi-agent architectures.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into reliable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring end-to-end ownership — from software architecture design and development to deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous optimization.

This is a full-time, onsite position based at LANDinc’s upcoming office in the Greater Manila Area, Philippine Two work shifts are available: Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time) Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Toronto / Canada Time) - Night Shift will receive a 10% salary premium Working hours will primarily align with the selected shift, with flexibility required to coordinate occasionally with international teams What You’ll Do Design and implement AI agent architectures (ReAct, Plan-Execute, multi-agent systems) Develop LLM-powered applications using OpenAI or other foundation models Build and integrate APIs, tools, and third-party services Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems Develop memory systems using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) Optimize prompt engineering and model performance Ensure reliability, monitoring, and cost efficiency of AI systems Implement guardrails, safety measures, and evaluation frameworks Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship production-ready AI solutions What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken).

• 3+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Python (required) Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Solid understanding of: Prompt engineering Embeddings RAG systems API integration Experience with backend development and system design Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
