Visual Display and Design Manager (Iloilo City)

Job Description:

• Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the malls under his/her supervision. Provides design recommendations and solutions relevant to the mall’s operational needs and ensures that all display installations stay within budget and adhere to the standards & brand image of the company.
• Generates ideas and develops concepts that reinforces the company’s brand image and objectives.
• Creates design solutions that have high visual impact resulting to higher sales, encourage business partners to invest, and increase customer foot traffic.
• Conducts competitor checks, develops and recommends strategies to achieve competitive advantage.
• Conducts and evaluates direct reports’ performance thru periodic appraisals.

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in any design-related field, preferably Visual Merchandising
• Graduate of Fine Arts, Interior Design, or any design-related field
• Proficient in drawing, space planning, and project management
• Knowledge in drawing or illustration program, or 3D rendering software
