Working in partnership with the Director of Strategy and Director of Testing, this role leads the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative consumer research to uncover meaningful insights that directly inform brand and packaging strategy.
The Consumer Insights & Testing Senior Analyst is responsible not only for designing and executing studies, but for synthesizing results into clear, persuasive insight narratives that guide creative decision-making and help brands win at the point of sale.
Candidate Profile
A successful applicant will have at least 5-7 years of market research experience related to new product and/or brand development, preferably working across packaging and consumer goods, though this isn't essential. The role requires a quick understanding of the variables associated with an effective brand project and will be able to use keen observation to create consumer studies that provide useful quantitative data to guide our creative work. You will work closely with strategic and creative teams, and will be responsible for communicating research findings and recommendations to the client during our presentations - excellent communication and presentation skills are expected.
Work Product Expectations
Successful candidates will be expected to produce client-ready insight narratives similar to our Design Diagnostic and Category Baseline studies. These outputs go beyond reporting results and require interpretation, synthesis, and storytelling. The interview process will include demonstration of the experience and ability to produce this work.

We have a small, but highly efficient team distributed throughout multiple timezones. We have long had a culture of remote work focused more on getting important work done than following a clock. Our clients are everywhere and we are never asked to travel to their locations. This role will join and working closely with an existing team of three other analysts living in the Manila area. The role is not replacing anyone, but to support growth in our insights and consumer research business.
Our scope of work is purposely narrow within the realm of consumer products (CGP). We take our client's loosely structured product ideas and turn them into powerful brands through research, strategy, creativity, design, and consumer testing. Our work stops with strategy, design and delivery of art files that go to print. This brand-building stage is about constantly exploring fresh ideas so from an employee's perspective, the work rarely gets old and stays fun and exciting. The pace is fast, but never at a compromise for a good balance between work and your personal life.

Pay & Hours
To overlap with the working times within the United States, the hours have some flexibility, but are generally during the night, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Manila
PHP 1,300,000 - PHP 1,700,000 per year, depending on experience.
