Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Business Solutions, or similar role
Experience in Financial Services or Insurance Agency is required
Experience handling HMO, healthcare, or medical-related accounts is an advantage
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and client management skills
Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities
Identify business gaps and develop strategic solutions to improve HMO and healthcare service offerings
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands
Develop and implement growth strategies for healthcare and insurance products
Create and enhance innovative service packages tailored to corporate clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and corporate accounts
Ensure proper alignment and execution of approved strategies across departments
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to achieve revenue targets
