Requirements :

Proven experience in branch operations or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and banking software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Responsibilities :
Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Supervise and support branch staff in their daily tasks.
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
Manage resources including cash, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues.
Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics.
Train new employees on operational protocols.
Maintain a safe and secure branch environment.
