This is a remote position.

PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS.

An exciting opportunity to join an Australian Universal Design and Accessibility company. This role is ideal for an experienced and motivated professional who wants to contribute to creating more accessible and inclusive built environments. Architectural graduates looking for a new career direction are encouraged to apply. Applications from people with disabilities are also welcome.

Reporting to the Director and working closely with the team, you will be a self-motivated and well-organised professional who is comfortable working in a virtual environment. Experience in construction, project work, and architectural design is required, along with a strong interest in promoting equitable access for all.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting with reviews of architectural drawings using checklists and other tools
  • Assisting with preparing design reviews and technical reports
  • Creating PDF reports using Adobe/Bluebeam
  • Developing standard drawing layouts and preparing basic drawings of architectural features
  • Project coordination and administration duties
  • Liaising with clients and external parties
  • Participating in regular and ongoing professional and personal development activities and company events
  • Actively contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
  • Any other duties and project work as reasonably requested


Requirements

  • Architectural degree qualified
  • At least 2 years of experience in the architectural design field
  • Exceptional technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in using architectural drawing software and the ability to prepare basic drawings
  • Experience with reviewing and marking up drawings in Bluebeam Revu is preferred but not essential
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • A desire to help promote equitable access for everyone
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to learn Australian building codes and standards
  • Highly organised, process-oriented
  • Proactive, results-driven, and efficient

Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

✅ This role requires:

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

• Use of time tracking software during work hours

• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task



⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php 50,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6-months probation
6. Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days
7. Annual Salary Review
8. Laptop provided after 30 days
9. Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.
10. SHIFT TIMES: 5:30AM to 2:30PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday


Requirements
Degree qualified Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role Advanced skill using Microsoft Word is absolutely required. Experience using Trello, Dropbox, Xero, and MS Outlook Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent time management and task prioritisation abilities High level of customer service and communication skills Highly organised, process-driven, and efficient Results-focused with the ability to work independently Experience working in a virtual environment with a small team is desirable Interest in supporting inclusive and accessible outcomes Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement.
