The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of San Miguel Foods' organization and people development strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, succession readiness, and employee engagement. Partners with HR Business Partners and Corporate HR to integrate performance, culture, learning, and talent programs that enable business growth and transformation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years specializing in Organization, People & Culture Development, Learning, and Talent Management.
- Proven experience in leading teams, facilitating change, and partnering with business leaders
- Experience in food manufacturing set-up is a plus

Organization Effectiveness: Lead and execute organizational effectiveness initiatives - including assessment, design, and development interventions to optimize structures, processes, and capabilities in alignment with business strategies and growth priorities
Capability Development: Drive San Miguel Foods' learning and development strategy by overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership, functional, and behavioral programs aligned with corporate frameworks and business priorities.
Succession & Career Development: Lead San Miguel Foods' succession and career development strategy by ensuring strong leadership pipelines, facilitating talent reviews, and implementing structured development and career growth programs aligned with business needs.
Performance & Culture Transformation: Champion a high-performance and values-driven culture by leading performance management, engagement, and culture transformation initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, collaboration, and employee empowerment.
Change Management & Transformation Projects: Lead change management initiatives by driving people readiness, stakeholder engagement, and culture alignment to ensure successful adoption of organizational transformations and continuous improvement.
Governance, Partnership & Collaboration: Oversee the integration and execution of Organizational and People Development (OPD) strategies by aligning corporate programs, optimizing resources, and partnering with HR teams to drive capability building and workforce effectiveness.
