Compensation: 58,000 PHP/ month (700,000 PHP annually)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer / Detailer with strong Revit skills to join our close-knit architectural team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality design and Revit-based documentation across diverse residential projects in New Zealand.

As part of our small, dynamic team, you will play a vital role in all phases of project delivery, from concept design through to construction documentation. You will work on a broad portfolio of rewarding and complex projects that challenge your technical abilities and design thinking, while contributing meaningfully to the built environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent quality documentation and shop details
• Interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts to accurately represent them in construction documents.
• Adapt and learn AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency plan designs and construction.
• Provide excellent quality documentation and shop details
• Maintain quality output and deliver on time, reporting progress to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to exchange ideas and optimize project outcomes.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in relevant software and technology tools.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required).
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience using Revit for architectural drafting, detailing, and construction documentation, with a proven ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings.

• Experience working with BIM workflows and coordinating across multiple disciplines, including Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing drawings.

→ Applicants should include a Revit portfolio demonstrating work across these disciplines with their application.

• Exposure to foreign or international projects is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, detailing standards, and documentation workflows
• Ability to interpret architectural models, drawings, and design intent accurately
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and consistently delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment
