What daily challenges are waiting for you?
Market & Performance Analysis:
You’ll monitor best-selling proprietary and competitor products, identify high-potential under-promoted items, and analyze market demand using external tools (e.g., Google Trends, Semrush). You’ll track traffic, conversion, profitability (GP), and define acceptable margin trade-offs to support market share growth.
Pricing & Commercial Strategy:
You’ll regularly benchmark our pricing against competitors and define the logic behind pricing adjustments to stay competitive while maintaining profitability.
Reporting & Insights Leadership:
You’ll prepare weekly analytical reports and independently lead the analytics section of the weekly status meeting, presenting key insights and market conclusions. Critical findings should be communicated proactively and in real time.
Operational Loop Management:
You’ll proactively react to assortment shortages and traffic inefficiencies, initiate improvements (e.g., pricing updates, product additions), collaborate closely with the Merchant Team, verify hypotheses, and re-analyze results in subsequent reporting cycles.
What you need to be successful in this role?
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
Commercial Mindset: Understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and market dynamics.
Proactivity: Ability to react quickly and independently to emerging opportunities or risks.
Data-Driven Approach: Experience working with analytics tools and external market research platforms.

Ownership: End-to-end accountability for implementing and verifying commercial changes.
