JOB REQUIREMENTS
College / Associate’s degree in IT or related field (Undergrads of IT-related courses are welcome)Minimum 1 year experience in technical support or similar role (non-Telco)Strong knowledge of Windows & Apple OS, MS Office Suite, Disk Management, Network ConfigurationFamiliarity with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy Object (GPO)JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
