The BDMC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing and business development strategies that strengthen the hospital’s brand, drive patient engagement, and expand its market reach. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in healthcare marketing, public relations, and business development. The BDMC Manager will work closely with hospital management and various departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional strategies to increase hospital visibility, patient acquisition, and community engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and affiliations with healthcare providers, corporate clients, and community organizations.
- Manage and coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns , including social media, events, public relations, and advertising efforts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target markets, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials , ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Collaborate with department heads to promote hospital programs, services, and specialty clinics.
- Organize and lead community outreach and corporate wellness programs to promote the hospital’s services.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes and ROI.
- Supervise and guide a small marketing team or support staff to ensure timely and high-quality execution of tasks.
- Represent the hospital in field activities, medical missions, and business meetings; a valid driver’s license is preferred for field mobility.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications , or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry .Proven track record in business development , partnership building, and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of healthcare marketing trends, digital marketing, and patient engagement strategies .Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.Must be proactive, goal-driven, and capable of working independently in both office and field settings.Preferably with a valid driver’s license .Benefits
Salary Range : ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month (negotiable depends on experience)
