Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate large-format or industrial printing machines (offset, flexographic, digital, screen printing, etc.).
• Load printing materials (paper, vinyl, fabric, etc.) and adjust machine settings for different print jobs.
• Inspect printed materials to ensure color accuracy, alignment, and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to prevent malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Adjust ink, pressure, and print settings based on specifications and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of print jobs, machine maintenance, and inventory of supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
