Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Events Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of live and virtual events for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate has strong experience in event marketing, brand activations, influencer collaborations, and integrated campaigns that connect offline experiences with digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute live, hybrid, and virtual events for B2B and B2C clients.
- Develop event marketing strategies aligned with client goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics including venues, vendors, budgets, timelines, and on-site operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, influencer marketing, digital marketing) to integrate social media, influencer activations, and content marketing into events.
- Manage influencer partnerships and talent participation for brand events and activations.
- Develop promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Track and analyze event performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, leads generated, and ROI.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, sponsors, and event stakeholders.
- Oversee event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in experiential marketing, influencer marketing, and event technology.
Work Model:
- Hybrid: Remote work possible for planning and coordination
- In-Person: Required for events, meetings, and client activations
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activations, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven experience managing live events, influencer collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with event analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for events when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaign integration.
