Core Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain complex Anaplan and financial planning models aligned with business objectives
• Partner with business units to gather requirements and identify new planning and analytics use cases
• Manage data integrations, model performance, user access, and platform governance
• Establish and promote best practices in financial modeling and interconnected planning
• Lead user training, support, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related courses.
• Proven finance and financial model-building experience, at least 5 years (required)
• With at least 5 years of Data integration, model performance, user access & platform governance
• Proficient in Anaplan/Oracle/Hyperion.
• Background in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven companies (preferred)
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Thrives in ambiguity; proactive, adaptable, and intellectually curious
