Job description

Requirements and Skills :

  • At least three 3 years of proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager,

with a significant portion dedicated to the Online Payment Systems industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with government institutions such as the SEC, BIR, LGU, BSP, and other social institutions such as Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, and SSS.
  • Proven experience in risk management within the OPS sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g., AML / CFT) as they relate to Online Payment Systems.
  • Comprehensive familiarity with Online Payment System industry practices, professional standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Officer) is a significant advantage.
