Job description

Requirements and Skills :

At least three 3 years of proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager,

with a significant portion dedicated to the Online Payment Systems industry.

Demonstrated experience in dealing with government institutions such as the SEC, BIR, LGU, BSP, and other social institutions such as Philhealth, PAG-IBIG, and SSS.

Proven experience in risk management within the OPS sector.

In-depth knowledge of legal requirements and controls (e.g., AML / CFT) as they relate to Online Payment Systems.

Comprehensive familiarity with Online Payment System industry practices, professional standards, and licensing requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Officer) is a significant advantage.
