Senior Accountant (Technology Company) | Global Finance Teams (GFT)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting, including month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system (eg QBO and Netsuite) and related finance tech stack (eg. Bill.com, Ramp) to ensure accurate data flow.
• Oversee vendor and customer subledger balances, supporting AP and AR processes as needed.
• Coordinate payroll-related accounting and ensure accurate recording of payroll expenses.
• Support internal and external audit requirements through proper documentation and schedule preparation.
• Participate in and provide support for software or system implementations and process improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and other ad hoc schedules as required by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• Preferably with 2–3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies.
• At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus).
• Strong exposure to ASC 606
• QuickBooks, Bill.com and Credit Card transaction.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism.
