Finance Support System Specialist

Job Summary:
We are urgently looking for a Finance Systems Support Specialist to support system enhancements, configurations, and day-to-day operations. This role will work closely with global teams and requires strong technical and financial systems expertise, along with advanced reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for finance systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Handle system enhancements, configurations, and continuous improvements
- Manage and resolve tickets using tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports and dashboards
- Utilize VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros to automate processes
- Create process documentation and technical workflows using MS Visio
- Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and compliance with internal standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance systems support or similar role
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred; JIRA acceptable)
- Strong knowledge of VBA, SQL, and Excel Macros
- Advanced Excel skills (reporting, automation, dashboards)
- Experience with MS Visio for process mapping and technical documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with global teams
