We’re expanding our Trust & Safety clinician network to provide high-quality trauma-informed support for individuals in crisis or high-stress environments. Whether you are already experienced in trauma and T&S work, or looking to be upskilled through our in-house training and supervision, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Deliver 1 : 1 onsite / telehealth trauma-informed support for Intellect’s clientsSupport individuals in Trust & Safety teams, high-stress roles, or post-trauma contextsCollaborate with our internal clinical team to strengthen programs and share best practicesBe open to onsite work where client needs require itNice to Haves (not mandatory — inhouse training will be provided if you’re keen to upskill)
Experience in trauma, crisis support, or Trust & Safety teamsSkilled in trauma-informed modalities such as :Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR)Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivorsSomatic Experiencing (SE)
Prior experience with EAP and / or adult counsellingLet’s Talk!

Requirements
Graduate of a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Guidance CounsellingActive local license in good standing1–3 years of post-Master’s supervised clinical practice (internships count if part of a licensure pathway)Proficiency in English (local language skills a plus)
