Customer Support Specialist (Chat + Calls).
Location: 100% Remote.
Schedule: Flexible / Shift-based (24/7 coverage, including weekends and holidays).
Compensation: $550–$800 per month.

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our valued customers worldwide. This is a fully remote role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere, supporting customers 24/7 (shifts arranged individually).

This role involves both live chat and phone support, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and solution-focused assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer live chats with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
  • Provide knowledgeable, solutions-oriented support for luxury jewelry products.
  • Manage and document all customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Slack and Google Workspace (GSuite).
  • Maintain a strong brand voice and uphold our high service standards.

Requirements:
  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, Slack, and GSuite (preferred but not required).
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, to keep our support channels available 24/7.
