Position : Sales Executive Lead (One Day Hiring Process)

Location : Quezon City

Salary Offer : Php25,000-Php35,000

Work Schedule : Monday ~ Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 7 : 10 PM

Work Set Up : Work Onsite

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales.

At least 1-3 years leadership experience

Experience working in a Distributor / Home Appliances Company is an advantage.

Amendable to attend face to face interview (One Day Hiring Process)

Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.

Analyze sales data to track team and individual performance.

Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help team members improve their skills and performance.

Develop and implement sales plans and techniques to drive revenue.

Assist with daily operations, customer escalations, and assigning sales territories.
