🌟 We're Hiring: Strategic Account Manager! 🌟

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who combines strong client management skills with a deep understanding of recruitment processes (BPO/RPO) and a commercial mindset. This role is responsible for driving client success, adoption, and revenue growth through the expansion and upselling of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Client Success
  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic clients (BPOs, RPOs, and enterprise recruitment teams)

  • Act as the main point of contact for all client needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (TA leaders, operations, HR, and IT teams)

  • Drive product adoption and ensure clients are maximizing value

2. Revenue Growth & Upselling
  • Identify opportunities foraccount expansion, upselling, and cross-selling

  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with client goals

  • Partner with Sales to close expansion deals and achieve revenue targets

  • Monitor usage, identify gaps, and proactively propose solutions

3. Recruitment Process Expertise (BPO/RPO/Enterprises)
  • Understand and map client recruitment workflows (high-volume hiring, sourcing, screening, etc.)

  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize hiring processes using the platform

  • Act as a consultant on best practices in recruitment operations and automation

4. Technical & Product Enablement
  • Serve as abridge between clients and product/engineering teams

  • Support technical discussions such as integrations, APIs, and workflow configurations

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth implementation and onboarding

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements

5. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams

  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product roadmap and features

  • Support pilot programs, onboarding, and training sessions


Requirements

Experience
  • 3–7 years inAccount Management / Customer Success / Sales

  • Experience inrecruitment, BPO, RPO, or Enterprises environments(highly preferred)

  • Proven track record inupselling or account expansion

Technical Background
  • Comfortable withSaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, or automation tools

  • Ability to handle technical discussions with both business and IT stakeholders

  • Experience with HR tech / recruitment tech is a strong plus

Skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset (comfortable using data to drive decisions)

  • Problem-solving and consultative approach


Nice to Have

  • Experience working withhigh-volume hiring environments

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Experience in AI, automation, or talent intelligence platforms
