Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager owns and manages the company’s e-commerce platform, driving revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction. This role ensures effective online merchandising, campaign execution, and continuous optimization of the customer journey to convert traffic into sales and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce performance (revenue, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase)
- Oversee online merchandising across site pages and promotional placements
- Execute e-commerce support for campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Optimize customer journey, including navigation, content, and checkout experience
- Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Customer Care, and Operations to ensure alignment and conversion efficiency
- Own and prioritize the e-commerce roadmap; coordinate with IT and vendors for enhancements
- Monitor performance metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4–7 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or growth marketing
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
