NOW HIRING : SENIOR SKILLED SEWER / MANANAHI

Site : Mandaluyong City

Employment Type : Permanent

Salary : PHP 13,000 – 15,000 (for 20 working days / month)

We are looking for a Senior Skilled Sewer with solid experience in sewing and machine operations. This role involves handling various types of industrial sewing machines, cutting patterns accurately, and ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications :

Male, Female, or LGBT
18 years old and above
High school graduate or college level
With 2–3 years minimum experience in sewing (as a sewer or mananahi)

Core Responsibilities :

Operate different sewing machines (single-needle, overlock, edging, gartering, high-speed, etc.)

Perform alterations and create textile products with precision

Assist with machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Track fabric and manage inventory

Senior-Level Responsibilities (Optional) :

Supervise junior sewers and assign tasks

Mentor and train new sewing staff

Coordinate with other departments for production planning

Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

Required Skills :

Expert in sewing and stitching techniques

Pattern cutting and fabric handling

Strong attention to detail and quality

Basic problem-solving and communication skills

Physical stamina for repetitive sewing tasks
