Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email (account-dependent)
Provide accurate and professional customer support
Follow simple workflows with full training provided
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Qualifications
Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
No call center experience required
Customer-facing experience is an advantage
Retail, Fast Food, Hotel, Sales, Service Crew, etc.)
Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
Coachable, trainable, and eager to learn
