We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and high-performing Operations Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations across accounting, customer service, estimating, and project coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities independently, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency.
Financial & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate daily entries in QuickBooks, including customer data and invoicing
Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and organized
Customer Experience
Communicate professionally with clients, builders, and internal teams
Manage scheduling and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Estimating Support
Assist with takeoffs using Bluebeam or similar tools
Review construction plans and support pricing and estimation processes
Project Coordination
Coordinate project schedules for templating and installations
Track project progress and ensure timelines are met
At least 2+ years of experience in construction or a related industry
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
Experience with Bluebeam or similar takeoff software
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Experience in the countertop or stone industry
Familiarity with CAD or Alphacam
Understanding of job costing and profit margins
