This is a remote position.

We’re hiring a Sales Representative to drive outbound sales for a fast-growing Australian tech platform. This role focuses on engaging small businesses, introducing website solutions, and converting conversations into paying customers.

This is a full-time, 1-month pilot role with potential to extend based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to small businesses in Australia (Brisbane market)
  
• Introduce website and domain hosting solutions
  
• Follow structured scripts while confidently handling objections
  
• Identify opportunities and convert leads into customers
  
• Consistently achieve daily activity targets (50 calls/day)
  
• Log call outcomes and key insights accurately
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years' Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing (sales-focused, not just support)
  
• Strong English communication (clear, confident, conversational)
  
• Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations to a sale
  
• Results-driven and used to working with targets/KPIs
  
• Experience with AU/US clients is highly preferred
  

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent daily call output (50 calls/day)
  
• Ability to move conversations from introduction → interest → conversion
  
• Comfortable upselling and positioning value (not just reading scripts)
