Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist is a strategic, results-driven role focused on managing and optimizing the business’s marketing ecosystem. The mission is to align marketing efforts with business growth, utilizing a mix of traditional digital marketing, CRM management, and emerging AI tools to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years of professional marketing experience.
- CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar automation-heavy CRMs.
- Technical Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO (on-page and off-page), lead generation, and performance analytics.
- Content & Creative: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating images and video content.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to provide practical, data-driven insights and respond to situational business needs.
- Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, organized, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, automate, and manage sales funnels, email/SMS sequences, and appointment-scheduling systems.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Optimize lead intake and qualification processes to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Digital Presence: Maintain and update websites (primarily WordPress), implement SEO strategies, and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Analytics & Reporting: Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to surface actionable insights for the leadership team.
- Multimedia Creation: Design branded marketing materials, social media graphics, and video ads to support various campaigns.
- System Integration: Work closely with the operations team to integrate marketing tools with central business platforms like Monday.com.
