POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented intern to join our Research team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to real estate market research, while supporting analysts on research, reporting, and data‑related tasks.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, eager to contribute, and genuinely interested in research and market analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports & Presentations

• Assist analysts in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and other supporting materials

Research & Data Gathering

• Conduct desktop research and help gather, organize, and analyze data related to the property market
• Monitor relevant industry news, trends, and market developments

Team Support

• Work alongside full‑time staff on day‑to‑day research activities, including data encoding and other research‑related tasks
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas or insights where appropriate

Administrative & Special Projects

• Assist with administrative tasks such as file organization and schedule coordination
• Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned, including occasional fieldwork

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Management / Business Economics, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Demonstrates an analytical mindset and interest in learning about market trends, competition, and industry developments
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to team efforts while gaining practical experience
• Able to commit to an internship duration of at least three (3) months, six (6) months, or Summer 2026, depending on availability
• Voluntary interns are welcome, including students practical industry exposure
