The Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing healthcare talent pipelines to support our client hospitals, health systems, and clinical partners. This role drives the earliest stage of clinician recruitment by proactively sourcing and screening licensed clinical professionals for permanent placement opportunities. This position partners with the Direct Hire Recruiters and leadership to create an exceptional, consultative candidate experience from first contact through recruiter handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital sourcing channels to identify, attract, and engage qualified healthcare clinicians.
- Conduct initial resume reviews to ensure candidates hold appropriate licensure, certifications, and experience aligned to client requirements.
- Screen qualifications (e.g., specialty, skills, shift preference, pay expectations, relocation readiness) to identify high-potential candidates.
- Notify candidates of missing information and support them in completing profiles or required documentation.
- Engage qualified prospects through personalized outreach to build rapport, understand motivators, and assess interest levels.
- Schedule recruiter phone screens with Direct Hire Recruiters, ensuring seamless handoffs and strong candidate experience.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines of passive clinical candidates for high-demand specialties and future client needs.
- Use modern sourcing methods (Boolean search, professional networks, job boards, referrals, outreach campaigns) tailored to clinical talent.
- Align with talent strategies that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across clinician pipelines.
- Partner with the Direct Hire leadership and Direct Hire Recruiters to understand priorities, client needs, and evolving market trends.
- Track and analyze sourcing data to improve pipeline quality, speed, and conversion.
- Support leadership with reporting and sourcing performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
- Use Job Platforms, CRM tools, and ATS workflows to manage candidate communication, documentation, and sourcing activity.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure sourcing efforts align with client demand and organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sourcing or recruitment experience (healthcare sourcing strongly preferred).
- Proven success in digital sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, healthcare databases, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience building pipelines of licensed clinical professionals (e.g., RNs, allied, NP/PA, therapy, laboratory).
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms for candidate management.
- Ability to review resumes and evaluate alignment with clinical job requirements and licensure needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate engagement and service.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively with strong attention to detail and urgency.
- Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and creativity in sourcing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet research tools.
- Positive, collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
- Must be willing to work during US time zone
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1+ year sourcing for U.S-based healthcare roles preferred.
- Experience engaging passive clinicians and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Prior experience in staffing, healthcare recruitment, or permanent placement strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel preferred.
