Our Digital Experience Platform is looking for Security Associate that will support cybersecurity governance, compliance, and audit readiness across the DXP environment. This position is responsible for conducting internal cybersecurity audits, IT General Controls (ITGC) assessments, and NIST-based reviews. The role identifies risks, evaluates controls, and collaborates with global teams to strengthen the company’s security posture and ensure alignment with internal policies, GDPR requirements, and industry standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct internal cybersecurity audits, ITGC assessments, and NIST-based compliance reviews.
• Identify control gaps, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Track remediation progress, validate evidence, and collaborate with stakeholders for closure.
• Maintain audit workpapers, compliance documentation, and risk records.
• Support the development of compliance plans, risk-based assessment schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Global Cybersecurity, platform owners, and delivery teams on audit and compliance matters.
• Prepare reports on audit outcomes, remediation status, and overall compliance posture.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, Systems Engineering, Audit, Risk Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, risk, audit, and compliance principles.
• Understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
• Ability to perform control assessments and analyze evidence.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
