About the Role
We're a growing remote staffing company connecting U.S.-based architectural, engineering, and interior design firms with highly skilled remote professionals, drafters, engineers, designers, and more. As we scale, we need a Digital Marketing Strategist who can build and execute campaigns that put us in front of the right firms, generate qualified leads, and strengthen our brand in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) space.
This isn't a generalist marketing role. We need someone who understands B2B marketing, knows how to run paid ads that actually convert, and can create assets that look and feel credible to design and engineering professionals.

Build and maintain content calendars that keep our brand active and relevant
