THE SIGNAL (About The Role) Lumen Partners doesn't do "staffing." We do architecture. We build remote infrastructure for scaling companies—replacing traditional staffing with engineered global teams.

We are currently architecting the revenue engine for one of the most reputable, high-end vehicle wrap and commercial branding shops in Northern California. We need a high-bandwidth Outbound Sales Professional to deploy into their system.


This is not a call center role. The old outsourcing model is just noise. We are the signal. This is a revenue-building B2B sales deployment with a direct path to leadership. We are looking for someone with serious industry experience—someone who, when they speak, commands the room and brings money in.


THE HABITAT (The Client & The Mission) Our client is a powerhouse in the SF/East Bay corridor. They are a 3M Preferred Installer with a dedicated in-house design team, trusted with executing massive commercial rollouts and high-volume fleet standardization.


Your mission: Leverage that premium reputation to identify, engage, and capture local fleet-based businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, 5–30 vehicles) and convert them into high-quality discovery calls.


You will start conversations that matter. You will clear the noise. You will not chase low-quality leads or price-shoppers.


THE ARCHITECTURE (Your Responsibilities)

  • Pipeline Generation: Target local fleet operators (3–30 vehicles) within the Bay Area service radius.
  • Strategic Outbound: Prospect via cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn using a consultative, value-first approach.
  • Consultative Qualification: Start peer-to-peer conversations with business owners. Qualify opportunities based on growth stage, budget, and long-term fit.
  • Book High-Intent Calls: Set up high-quality discovery calls for the closing team.
  • Leverage Authority: Use our client's in-house design capabilities and premium material quality to position fleet wraps as a growth asset, not an expense.


THE OPERATOR (Candidate Profile)

  • Relentless Self-Starter: You don't wait to be told what to do. You build the list, you test the messaging, and you hunt the deals. You operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and treat this pipeline like your own business.
  • High Bandwidth & Autonomous: You have professional, fluent English. You speak with calm confidence, authority, and control. You don't sound like a junior rep; you sound like a peer to a business owner.
  • US Market Fluency: You understand the cultural and business nuances of the US market. You know how to build natural rapport with blue-collar, home-service, and local business operators without sounding like an offshore script reader.
  • Battle-Tested Sales Experience: 2–5+ years in B2B outbound, SDR, or BDM roles with a track record of generating real pipeline for US-based businesses. General B2B industry experience is required.
  • The Override (Big Plus): Knowledge of car wraps, PPF, the automotive industry, or commercial fleet operations is a massive advantage.
  • Strategic Thinker: You understand consultative selling (AMA/NEPQ style). You ask smart questions, listen well, and don't push or hard-sell. Output-focused.
  • Accountable: You care about pipeline quality, not just call volume.

  • The "cog in the machine" mentality.
  • Script readers or high-pressure, boiler-room closers.
  • People chasing quick, cheap commissions without building value.
  • Anyone looking for a low-responsibility, clock-in/clock-out virtual assistant role.

THE OFFERING (Compensation & Growth) We don't extract talent; we empower it. We are looking for a Revenue Partner, and we pay like it.

  • Base Architecture: $2,000 – $2,500 USD / month (commensurate with experience). Note: This base salary covers the core operational expectation of executing 30–50 highly targeted outbound calls per day.
  • Variable Upside: Aggressive, tiered performance commissions unlock once a baseline of $30,000 in closed monthly revenue is generated. Commissions scale based on show rates, close rates, and total deal size.
  • The Upgrade Path: We are not just hiring a rep; we are building a scalable ecosystem. As you prove proficiency and consistently hit targets, your base salary will scale, revenue overrides will unlock, and you will have the opportunity to architect and manage your own outbound unit.
